“As in previous years, we find ourselves before a full-flavoured, robust and strong-tasting oil, with clear aromas of ripe olive, sweet vanilla undertones and reminisces of olive tree and freshly-picked Reineta apple. It has a smooth, "crescendo" entry, balancing the acidity and bitterness, and producing a long-lasting syrupy sensation in the mouth.
It is frank and has the uniformity of a signature oil.
Taking inspiration from Josep Pla, we could say that this oil is his landscape in a bottle.”
