We currently make two types of Mas d’en Guasch Frío Extra Virgin Olive Oil. The only difference between the two lies in the combination of olive varieties. Since our beginnings in 1991, we have produced our oil using three varieties of olives: Arbequina, Picual and Reguers. More recently, as of 2007, we started producing an oil made solely from Arbequina olives. Although the procedure for obtaining the oil is the same, the products’ flavours are slightly different due to the pronounced characteristics of the various types of olives.
